Teaching System

At Laureta National High School, the school has the same teaching schedule every day or a repeated teaching schedule on the next day. And teachers have to prepare different topics and teaching methods every different day. Interestingly, the teachers there also have different teaching methods for each individual, this is done so that teachers can be creative in the teaching and teachers can adjust the methods that are suitable for them to teach. Therefore, as a result of my direct observation, teachers there are required to be creative and innovative in teaching techniques so that students do not feel bored in learning.

Then the duration of learning usually starts from 07.30 AM to 04.00 PM. However, on Mondays, students must come to school before 7:00 AM because on that day, students and teachers at Laureta National High School hold a flag ceremony.

Evaluation and grading System

The Laureta National High School uses K to 12 Education Program uses standards and a competency-based grading system. These are found in the curriculum guides. The minimum grade needed to pass a specific learning area is 60, which is transmuted to 75 on the report card. The lowest mark on the report card is 60 for Quarterly Grades and Final Grades.
