1.   Teaching methods of the teacher

                From the results of my observations on September 11- September15, 2023. Every teaching method that the teacher does there is different every day, as was done on September 11, one of the teachers gave the topic Adjactive, then the teacher asked the students to spell by writing in their books what adjectives the teacher said, but also did not forget, the teacher displayed on the TV screen a sentence which is the meaning or synonym of the adjective. After that the teacher asks the students to come forward to write on the board the adjectives the teacher said, to check together the answers.

                    Then on the next day still with the same teacher has opened a new learning topic, namely Active and Passive Voice, where the teacher displays on the TV screen a sentence then for the first session students are asked to determine which is the subject of the sentence, then for the second session students are asked to determine the verb, and the last session students are asked to choose whether the sentence is in active or passive voice. At the end, students are asked to exchange their answers with their friends to be checked, and after that their answer papers are collected to the teacher.

                In contrast to one of the other teachers I observed, where this teacher taught students with a pre-test system first, and the pre-test carried out by the teacher here was more directed to the game first, namely Bingo games, Bingo games are played by students in groups where groups who succeed in reaching all the correct answers must say Bingo and they will get a score from there, only after that the teacher gave a post-test in the form of filling or completing a blank sentence. From the observations, it can be seen that each teacher has different teaching methods and techniques, which are also considered based on the average ability of students in each class.

2.   Learning Materials and Innovation

                The learning materials presented by teachers at Laureta National High School are different every day. It is no wonder that many Filipino teachers are considered competent in teaching, this is based on the different teaching materials and methods they have to think about every day, how to keep students from getting bored easily with the same schedule every day while learning, of course it is also a challenge for teachers there to organize strategies in teaching.

                Some of the learning materials used by teachers there from video shows, then presentations from canva / power point, as well as games made by teachers.

3.   Sources of learning and technology used by the teachers

                When I conducted an interview with one of the English teachers there regarding where they usually get learning resources from, there was something interesting about the teacher's answer, the teacher answered that they could find learning resources from anywhere depending on the teacher, but usually the teacher was there often use available module books. Apart from that, they also usually get learning resources from YouTube and the internet.

4.   Authentic assessment used by the teachers

               The authentic thing about teacher assessments there is that they do it all the time, such as when giving explanations and questions, then usually the teachers there also carry out assessments after the Pre-Test and also during the middle of motivation. The teachers there really care about how much information the students get, this is very good because that way the teacher can find out the students' level of understanding in learning.
